Using InstantPic

Provide accurate contact information and register only for yourself or someone you are authorized to assist. Follow the photographer’s event instructions. Joining a queue does not guarantee a particular sitting time, number of photographs, or delivery time.

Event packages, prices, coverage, cancellation arrangements, image-use rights, and any delivery commitments must be agreed separately with the event customer. Sending an inquiry does not reserve an event date. Features depend on the event and the services actually enabled.

Personal galleries and shared links

Your personal registration page becomes your gallery page when photographs are available. A complete gallery link provides access without email verification. Anyone you forward it to can view that gallery; keep this in mind before sharing.

A new sitting or a later return creates a separate registration and gallery. Reusing a printed card does not transfer someone else’s photographs to you. Ask staff if you need help with the queue or an existing sitting.

Do not attempt to discover other attendees’ private links, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or use another person’s images without the necessary permission. Image licensing, publicity permissions, and participation by minors remain subject to the event’s approved arrangements; these terms do not grant a promotional release.

Staff accounts

Staff access is limited to approved Google Workspace operator accounts and assigned events. Use your own authorized account, protect the workstation, and sign out when appropriate. Administrators can change or revoke access. Google sign-in does not authorize access to an event that has not been assigned to you.

Optional InstantPic gallery text messages

Conditional program: SMS is not enabled by these terms. It must be separately enabled for the event after the messaging setup and consent workflow have been approved and tested.

If you choose the separate, optional SMS consent checkbox when the program is offered, InstantPic may text you gallery links and service updates about your visit. Consent is not required to register or receive a personal gallery. Message frequency varies with your visit and gallery updates. Carrier message and data charges may apply.

When the program is active, reply STOP to the sending number to opt out of further program messages, or HELP for assistance. Support is also available by contacting contact@instantpic.org. Opt-out handling, confirmation messages, and the sending number must match the approved program before launch.

Delivery depends on connectivity and your carrier and may be delayed or unavailable. Mobile numbers and SMS consent records are not sold or disclosed for advertising, promotion, or lead generation. Necessary messaging providers process them to deliver the program, as described in the privacy policy.

Availability and support

Processing, network interruptions, incorrect contact information, or service outages can affect registration, gallery access, and notifications. Keep your personal link and contact staff if something looks wrong. A completed sitting alone does not mean photographs have been published.

No storage duration, gallery lifetime, or permanent backup service is promised in these terms. For service or privacy questions, use contact@instantpic.org.

Scope of these terms

These terms do not set an arbitration requirement, liability cap, refund restriction, or governing law.
